Happy New Year, everyone!

I have a story, a journey to share with you. Over thirty years ago, I had a dream for a book that attached itself to my heart and soul; one I never let go of. One that I worked on throughout the years and even decades: adding constant notes; starting drafts; building and changing the plot and characters over and over again. I have boxes of starts and stops (which I’ll show you), renewed directions, inspirations, and aspirations. I’ll share them all with you over the next four months of the countdown to this dream finally coming true on May 1, 2025.

What I’d like to do here, in the coming weeks and months, is share that journey with you all, hoping that it inspires you to pursue your own dream–that dream, that thought, that idea that simply won’t go away. I’ve discovered over the years that my dream wouldn’t go away because it was sourced from something higher, something deeper—as I believe all our dreams are.

So, join me in this exciting–and nerve racking–journey as I get ready to release my book, my dream, into the world. Will the world like it? Will they be as inspired by the story as I was to stick to it for over 30 years? I can only hope so, and in the end, you’ll all let me know. In the months ahead, I’ll share with you glimpses of my writing journey and process: how I kept this dream alive while I had to work a job, support a family, save for retirement, etc. I’ll share how the pandemic started me on the path to finally commit to this special book, and what I learned over the next five years as I approached the 14th draft! I’ll share my journey with sending it out, hoping to find a publisher, an agent, anyone who might share my passion. And then I’ll share what was missing–and what I wished I had done after the second or third draft.

Lastly, I’ll share why I wrote this book to begin with, what it’s meaning and messages have meant in my life, and how, after using the spiritual lessons in it for years to build my business, attract the love of my life, etc., I wanted to share its key message through an endearing character–a little angel–and a character, Ben, whose life and struggles may be similar to your own. So follow me and share your own dreams with me and my audience. Remember, following and manifesting your own dream is what will enable others to let the light of their dream out as well. And that’s what dreams are all about….
